What do you do at Faith Church? Children’s Ministries, Ladies Ministries and anything else that needs to be done. I love being at the church!
My Life Goal: To be the best I can at: being a child of the King, Pastor Jerry’s wife, Danny & John’s Mom, Emma’s Deedee, A sister, a daughter, an Aunt, A sister-in-law and a friend.
What is so special about Faith Church? The people God has and continues to bring to our awesome facility
Favorite Faith Church moment: Definitely more than I can list in this small space – and baptisms are a given, so with that said it has to be Mother’s Day Banquets and the guys serving us! I also love all of our productions – remember The Return of the Christmas Kid” at the Lyric Theatre in downtown Stuart – that was my one and only part.
Best day of your life: Every day – I love to look up at the sky and smile and say “Oh man, ya did it again!”.
Proudest Accomplishment: My Precious Family
Favorite TV Show: Game Show – “The Wheel”; Drama – “Boston Legal”; Comedy – “Friends”; Reality – “American Idol”; and “Nanny 911”
Favorite Movie: Sweet Home Alabama, Failure to Launch, 2 Weeks
Favorite Meal: My Mom’s Fried Chicken, Mashed Potatoes with white gravy and baby peas – of course there is dessert – her homemade pumpkin pie
Favorite Restaurant: Thai Lotus in Tequesta, Luna’s, and I love Scooters in Hobe Sound
Favorite Books: The Bible, Children’s Bible, any book written by Lori Wick, cookbooks (love those church ones!)
Favorite Quote: This is hard for me, so I’ll just say: We wrestle not against flesh and blood
What do you do in your free time? What are your Hobbies? Play cards, board games, read and jigsaw puzzles. Someday - golf. Also marathon runner, floral design, organizing, neat freak – NOT!
Someday I hope to: Take my whole family on a 10 day cruise
Things I am thankful for: My wonderful Jesus, my handsome hubby, the greatest 2 sons in the world, my precious granddaughter, Emma, My Mother and my 2 sisters and their families and last but not least – my friends.
When I grow up I want to: Have everything in it’s place
Greatest life lesson learned: Don’t be a Martha (Luke 10:38-42)
Amazing or interesting fact about me: My sister married my husband’s brother, I worked for Burt Reynolds, I love to go on cruises
I will never try: Sky diving, calamari, sushi
Most embarrassing moment: Falling down for no good reason – guess where – on a cruise.
Fun Fear: Going grocery shopping, getting to checkout – forgetting my checkbook
